If you like "round numbers", I'd see if you can get 103Hz, just so that you get use a 100FPS limit. No reason for it other than "100" sounding better than "97"

90 is what I use most of the time. There's no reason for it other than it makes 30FPS video cut-scenes not stutter. But other than that, 3FPS below max Hz should work just as well.
