Best cheap 144Hz+ display for clarity/response time/lag/pro

Hi,
I recently sold my display and realized I can't play on a 60Hz even for a few months until I find a better option so I want to buy a temporary one. Problem is I don't know anything about cheap models, can you help me out? Really don't want to look through all of them since It took 3 years to me to find a descent 27" with unlimited budget can't image how much will it takes before I find one with the same approach.
P.S. Probably will buy used one so older models are OK too
P.S.S. Is there any TRUE 120Hz OLED's in the wild @4K? Are they good enough in comparison to 144Hz IPS/TN?

Here's an easy buy: ViewSonic XG2402. It is a few tens dollars more than the uber cheapest but it is popular recently. It has good factory colors, low lag, and does 144Hz competitive really well. No regrets by most who buy it.

If you don't care about color quality, the Acer GN246HL for under 200 is one of the cheapest on the market, and it has LightBoost if motion blur reduction is more important than colors. Weirdly, unlike most other monitors, the ghosting/colors look better when LightBoost is enabled. But if you want decent strobe-based blur reduction for under $200 for CRT clarity (at 100Hz and at 120Hz), few choices exist except this one.

P.S.S. Is there any TRUE 120Hz OLED's in the wild @4K? Are they good enough in comparison to 144Hz IPS/TN?

If you purchase an LG 2019 OLED 4K HDTV, you can already do 4K 120Hz on these HDTVs. Some of us are using these are giant monitors. Getting a cheap used 2017 LG OLED 4K HDTV, you can do 1080p 120Hz on those for approximately 1000 dollars for a refurb/used OLED.

I heard something about HDMI/DP restrictions that they can't go above 60Hz just yet, only new ones like LG 2019 lineup with new HDMI/DP maybe?
And I wonder how they are in comparison to acer predator xb271hu or IPS counterparts for example in terms of smoothness and clarity for e-sport titles?

No idea, really xD .
The only English review is the one made by that guy ( http://bestmonitorsbyncx.createaforum.c ... free-sync/ ). There is a prad.de review but you'll have to translate it ( https://www.prad.de/testberichte/test-v ... r-neuheit/ ).

It is not really new, it is an update of the XG2402, and not sure who makes the panel, i think it is a AUO TN panel ( not sure if you can get some info here: https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/e1c21626 ), and does some things better but it has a worse stand.

I have received it recently and, although i admit it is a good monitor, i am trying to get used to it after playing a "blurless" CRT for a while. Still unsure but i think (for me) there is no real alternative unless i return to the CRT (or i find a cheap OLED TV or maybe a Plasma).

Hello quaker. Playing quake doesn't require OLED, 4:4:4. HDMI/DP go much above 60hz. For smooth e-sport titles you need 240hz models. 240hz panels are just more modern and that's why have better color reproduction even at 240hz. You can go with G-SYNC ones that have good overdrive and decent panels.
