Help with settings XL2746s

Hey all, new to the BenQ series but super excited. I was hoping with all the pros here I could get some advice/recommendations on optimal settings for this thing. I've been reading around and come across things such as a strobe utility and ICC color profiles yet am unsure if these are necessary. Any guidance would be extremely appreciated.

I run fixed refresh rate at 240hz
