My framerate is locked to 140fps and never drops but G-Sync compatible monitor OSD is showing my monitors HZ drop to 100

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

RTX 3090. In Warzone my LG 27GN850b’s refresh rate in the monitors OSB will drop to the low 100s and stay there for a bit even though my framerate is locked to a rock solid 140fps and my frametimes are perfectly smooth as well. It isn’t some instant thing when the HZ drops and pops right back up. It doesn’t feel perfectly smooth to me despite a perfect framerate and frametimes.

Here is a video locked to 120fps. My monitor HZ jumps between 111 and 130hz but the framerate never moves
