VRR/Adaptive Sync, Motion Blur and high Hz-rates

Post by thecorningrove » 20 Dec 2020, 09:47

Hi,

since I'am kinda new to this whole monitor topic, I didn't entirely looked through even some of the basics.

I recently deactivated G-Sync on my Lenovo 27GQ-25 because it added noticable input lag.

I was thinking about returning it because of that.

But since I play at a FPS - Rate between 150-260, I don't see any diffence to G-Sync beeing enabled. It's exactly as clear, as without - no tearing at all. The higher the FPS, the clearer it get's, even above 240Hz.

At least that's my impression. Is that observation correct?

Thanks for enlighten me! :D
