sorry guys we are both from the same country so I just let myself loose x)

Is this really the case that 360hz ips is faster and better all around than 240hz tn? I can't decide wether to pick asus 360hz or zowie xl2546k monitor for competitive fps gaming some site says zowie is faster by couple ms and rtings says different. Past couple days I've done nothing but try to Google and read about these but can't find answers that satisfy and help me pick the better monitor for competitive gaming. Does the matters change if I play let's say valorant and my fps is between 250-400? Does the tn panel win if I'm hitting that low 250fps?
