I was having similar problem until i fix high emi in house

Now i play with 100ms and i beat people with 12 ping so easy

I dont know if im getting electrical or internet connection problems (1gb ftth vodafone).... Im trying to solve this since 15 years guys. Im almost sure is about "internet" because when im playing csgo at 4:00 AM for example, is sooo smooth, and then is not all the rest of hours............ But maybe im wrong and then is all about electricity, but i think it isn't because offline games are so smoother than online games

yes man i tried so many times, and in some different places of course every game was REALLY GOOD and SMOOTHER. But how can we determinate if in that places where all games were running without any stutter, the nature of the problems was about internet or electricity or maybe both of them?
As i said i tried many ISPs but im almost sure that they are so similar each other, and the congestion/saturation in the city where i live (Milan) is very high. Thats why i think on the late night sometimes games are so much smoother.. I tried 4g in tethering but seems like almost the same.

I have same exact issue. Enemies seem like have insane reaction times.
Imo problem occurs due to cpu clock drift and desync from the game server.

So far i can only recommend trying "useplatformclock yes". When you do this, somehow they become bots. (no placebo)

To do this open cmd as admin then type: bcdedit /set useplatformclock yes. Reboot and try your game again. But your fps will be lower. You have to live with it.

I have ryzen 3600 and gtx 1080 ti with 240hz monitor.

on my first pc (asrock 970m pro3, amd fx 63000, 1050ti) where all the problem started here i too played with this settings back then and noticed too some imrovements or differences but it always degraded to the same bad point where i was before...now i'm not rly sure if that useplatform rly does something on this issue or the reboot just caused this short improvement or maybe something else...

but hpet and useplatform is an interesting topic too...
i find some people that said too that this helped them with hitreg and fixed everything.


now i have z390 a-pro, i5 9400f, rx580 8g and this hpet is sadly not supported or just not aviable in bios...
but i still tried useplatformclock and the fps dropped too 40-50fps and everything was just stuttery unplayable and i don't noticed any improvements online on hitreg and desync...

nothing from tweaks its not gonna help you if you are deep down with this problem // but you arldy know

hello guys,I want you to know its nothing aboute electricity. I had this problem for 8 years and from start i didnt know what is it, i thought its normall but when i played on friend pc eveything was clear and smooth. So 8 years ago i was starting solve this hard issue..

On the starts i thought is something aboute my computer or something so i changed everything many times but with no FIX.

2 years ago i thought its some interference from my electricity. I spend 1500€ for fixing it (sorry for me) i had 3 times very good electrielectricians in my house to fixing grounding (all outlets) new power lines and everything with it, after this they said me everything is very good and i have clean electricity, also i bought online UPS double conversed without any HELP!! I didn't know what to do next

I forgot on this problem for some time boucse i did know what can be it.

When i goes on LAN turnament 300KM from my house , without my setup only what i bring is my SSD becouse of game and configs, it was their PCs and monitors i didnt had this problem for 1 day, on next day in morning, when i come to "MY" pc i felt this heavy mouse movement and choppy game again, !! I thought I was cursed !! i asked my teammate, come to my pc and try, yea he saw that and he said wtf is this shit..

When i come home i started testing, i saw some players telling aboute its some malware or botnet coming from my network and attacking SSD/HDD with some files to burden GPUs and other components, IDK for what but it was true.

I am now half year without any stuttering, floaty mouse and slow game.

Yeah after many weeks testing my network with every anti virus program for my PC and my network i decided buy good protected network with new HDD + cmos reset and that was it.

I am very sorry for people they are thinking its something with interference RFI EMI or grounding.
yeah RFI or EMI can interference your setup with waves or noise in your headphones but this is not it..

What is "protected network and cmos reset? sorry for my english sir. Did you used a software or a particoular antimalware/virus?

hello man, 2 years ago i was talking with one guy who had this problem too and he goes too on lan without any his setup and he get it on his strengers PCs and monitors after few hours, he bring only mouse,keyboard and headphones, i remember what he said.
Only what he did was signed up to gmail,facebook,twitter and other sites and then he get this slowly floaty mouse and heavymovement game.
he fixed his problem too but now i dont have contact on him, i am so sorry for you all but thinking its electricity is bad idea, me and otherguys spend thousands € for fixing electricity and everyhing around it, i dont know any people who fixed it by electricity, if yes he is lier.

hello i really dont know what it is exactly, maybe som botnet, malware to attack your gpu for mining for someone else or maybe som failure idk, but its for sure from your network and that can save in your pc and lives in it, worse to your gmail or social pages, i changed everything what has contact with my old network, router/cables/after adding new network to my house i bought new router and instantlly changed password, i created new social pages, installing windows with hard reset and after that i never meet this hard issue, im completly fine. But still i going on sites,forum where people have this problem and reading like they argue its electricity, I'm not involved to it becouse they are 100% sure its electricity, thats why they have this problem for many time
