Someone else seems to have the same experience as me

"I played diffirent games for a few days and everything was okay. But about a day ago I started to experience some eye strain. My main concern is a text. Mostly white text on a black background. Immideatly after I start to look at it and trying to read, focusing on it, my eyes starts to blur a little and I feel the stain in my eyes. The text on a monitor itself is crystal sharp. Also there is a little shining around white letters. Just a little. In the games it's mostly okay.
Before this monitor I played on 27" IPS Gigabyte M27F (1080p 144hz) for a 2-3 weeks. It's my second monitor now. The problem with blur in my eyes is also a little bit present now on this monitor now, but not so hard. It's easier for me to read the text on Gigabyte M27F.
And before M27F I had an old 24" TN Acer GN246GL (1080p 144hz) paired with 24" IPS Packard Bell Maestro 236Dbd (1080p, 60hz).
Things were totaly fine on those monitors before I got LG."
Another thing worth noting is that the LG 27GN750 (240hz IPS) was the worst for me when it came to blur despite it being the most comfortable out of the all the IPS monitors I have tried.
I cannot tolerate IPS gaming monitors.
