Hey,
I am looking for colour packages for my benq xl2411z monitor.
But currently I am only finding icc profiles for the xl2420z monitor.
Any links ?

ICC profiles for the XL2420Z also work on the XL2411Z. They are essentialy the same monitor (and they use exactly the same panel). I'm currently using three XL2420Z ICC profiles that I've found here: http://pcmonitors.info/reviews/benq-xl2420z

when I rightclick the file and click on "install"
nothing happens...
how can I apply the profile?

What OS are you using?
