XL2720Z-B, some questions

Hello fellow blurbusting geeks, its been along time since i discovered this useful website "wayyy before i bought this xl2720z" and i thought i might actually sign up and join you guys, i have some questions about the lovely xl2720z "which i calibrated to get optimal color quality", i had a question that haunted me for the past few days "its been 3 days since i got this panel", is the xl2720z a 6bit+FRC panel? or is it a 8Bit panel?
Hence Benq lists the color depth of this monitor as 16.7 million, it should be 8bit, also note that the model i have is XL2720Z-B "as written in the back of the panel", from basic tests i conducted it proves that this TN Panel ain't no easy , in general quality "after calibration" it knocked out an asus VG248QE "after calibration", so does that mean that it is an 8bit panel?
From what i know 8bit TN panels do exist, but rarely do they manufacture such TN panels, i got it hooked up to my gtx 780 classified via DVI-D, well calibrated and thanks to the almighty it is running quite well, i also checked out the blurbusters strobe utility and it has proven itself quite versatile, the motion tests are quite neat too

Its 6bit+FRC as far I am aware.

"XL2720Z-B" is also written on your monitor box as is mine. The service menu lists the panel model. My one is AUO M270HTN01.0 and when I go to http://www.panellook.com and search for "M270HTN01.0" , clicking on the entry will reveal the panel to be "6-bit + Hi-FRC." Don't be disappointed. These monitors do a fine job of simulating 8-bit colour.
