The main reason for the input lag.
The main reason for the input lag.
i finally solved it. English isn't my strong point but i ll try to explain as clearly as possible. Its not due to emi or radio or whatever interference. Its also not because of bad grounding. Primary cause is due to bad chipset/device initialisation due to voltage in neutral conductor. As you know we are getting single phase ac in our houses which contains phase(110/230V) and neutral(0V) which are ideal voltages. In reality we get like 2-15V in neutral which can be checked by using a multimeter between neutral and earth pins in your socket. If in your bad luck you are getting 40-60V in neutral wire then the circuit is completed via neutral and earth. Its gonna mess around with post operation while clearing nvram using cmos or jumper method. In order to properly initialise them or repair your pc or get rid of lag remove the psu wire and in fact all the devices including hdmi/dvi/vga/display/mouse/keyboard cables. Now we dont have anything connected to cpu. Now remove the case, remove gpu, and remove all ram if you have more than one. Clean one ram module and push it into one of the ram slot. Remove cmos battery and wait for 15-60 seconds and reconnect it. At this point not a single cable is connected while doing this. Now go ahead and connect power cable, keyboard and mouse. Now switch on cpu using power switch. Mash the delete button of the keyboard while its posting. You will get beep codes of no vga or no display. Let it complete the post operation and now switch off cpu using case power button. Now all your devices are completely reset. Now once again remove psu power cable and now populate the ram slots, push the gpu into pcie slot and connect all monitors and all the cables. After this all go ahead and connect psu power cable and switch on pc using case power button and voila your pc is now resolved of any initialisation problems. Go to windows and perfom sfc /scannow and let it complete. Check for any kind of lag now. In short dont clear cmos while any cable including power/monitors/amp/mic etc are connected because these may carry stray currents which mess up the post process during nvram/cmos clear operation and it gets carried into the nvram settings even if you load optimised defaults in the bios. If its me i will go ahead and clean install windows once more after 1 or 2 days after checking the lag is in fact completely gone. Thank you.

It's not a 100 fix, but I know people who it helped. It's better to try at night, And test in cs go deathmatch. The main reason is electricity.

Re: The main reason for the input lag.
Elaborate, please. Users must turn offf everything from the pc (all external cables too), except cpu? and then, plug the cables, devices one by one and boot up the pc, after each plug-in ?

The problem with testing stuff in csgo dm is that the servers are not consistent, and often very bad. Meaning the quality of the server can affect your feeling (happens to me a lot, and i can feel it instantly), trust me on this. Have 500k kills on my AK from dm lol)
A better variable is testing it offline without bots, and see how it feels.

When I watched twitch streamers, I noticed about difference, how they move the mouse (smooth and straight), flicks, and how other players moves and never appear around a corner - you got 4 bullets in your body in half of second and die, where they have many time to react ,move the mouse, click and get the kill, almost every time.davidoo wrote: ↑03 Dec 2021, 20:00The problem with testing stuff in csgo dm is that the servers are not consistent, and often very bad. I can get smoother spray (not split bullets behaviour) by typing volume 0 in console, but this is not a fix, for sure, just for looking

Re: The main reason for the input lag.
Never heard of this before, anyone with electrical background knowledge can elaborate on this? It does sound interesting, i'll wait for the discussion to roll through before trying this.. Does look like some work, one of my ram sticks my ram sticks is stuck under my nhd15 sadly. removing it means I would also have to repaste the cpu.
Edit: and please do update us after a week on your situation ! Thanks

Betwen ground and zero i have 0V. Freq is all right. I spend crazy money, change meter, no harmonics so i give up mate. Mouse i floaty no hit reg… 3 diferent ISP fiber VDSL, no fix, 5 diferent PC. There is no solution boys.

Re: The main reason for the input lag.
so sad man i tried to bypass all the house wiring by directly making an outlet from the main panel with line neutral and ground but theres still input lag! i have ups , voltage stabilizer, 50/60hz convertors , greenwave emi filter and all this shit but no one help i give up and living with this problem or quit gaming cuz moving its not an optionMegaMelmek wrote: ↑06 Dec 2021, 14:01Betwen ground and zero i have 0V. Re: The main reason for the input lag.
You need more than an ordinary multimeter. I have 0.05V between ground and neutral, stable voltage at all times, 50Hz ± 0.09. What you need is to check wirings for radio frequency interference. Strong transceivers nearby your house/flat can lead to induction of interference in the electrical wiring. Find the radio specialist in your town and go ahead.MegaMelmek wrote: ↑06 Dec 2021, 14:01Betwen ground and zero i have 0V. Freq is all right.
