Thoughts on & Sony's Motionflow & KDL-65W850A

Anyone have some experience with Sony's KDL65W850A HDTV or one the smaller ones? curious if Mark or someone knowledgeable could comment on their proprietary Backlight Strobe tech. By all accounts they sound pretty slick for console gaming especially considering its blazing fast 17ms response time. I've seen them on sale for $1500 this past month. At that price might I be better off just getting one of them for console gaming rather than the $450 27 inch BenQ?

I had a Sony with that technology but the 60 Hz flicker is just horrible imo.

Do you mean you don't like 60hz flicker period or just didn't like the flicker inherit specifically in Sony's TV's?
