Recommendations for 24" 240hz+ Gaming Monitor

As per title, looking to grab one for competitive gaming! Maybe interested in 27" 1440p if not too expensive but mainly looking at 1080p 24", as long as it is 240hz and 1ms or lower response.

Just wondering what the current most recommended ones are, thankyou!
