hey guys i got an acer kg241qs monitor 3 months ago and everything has been ok but recently i noticed that sometimes on certain red color texts on windows or browser there is a bit of flashing..dosent matter which area of the screen becasue when i minimize and move the window around it still flashes and it only happens when there is a red text on a white background.
anything that can help me figouring out this problem would be appreciated

Did you mean to write more after "Read More"?
Also, are you able to record a video to see the flashing behavior in real time?

i got a short clip, here the casue of flashing is the top red text and it causes another flashing in the middle of screen. when i hover my mouse on the text and it changes color the flashing is gone. weird thing is the flashing only happens on my native resolution and 100% scaling, if i increase scaling to 125% or decrease resolution its gone.

The link says "The file you requested has been deleted".
Are you able to upload it as an "unlisted" youtube video link? That is the preferred method, as YouTube videos are embeddable here.
