The next night I made the correlation between this experience, the testimonial on the ESL website and the fact that my hardware is compatible with the audio driver despite being USB.
Over the years I've been browsing forums where people have reported problems with this game or others and this wasn't the first time the sound was mentioned

Another thing is that before I installed this driver I always had a crackling sound when I was on sites like Youtube or Twitter now the crackling is definitely over

Please update this thread from time to time if the lag comes back or doesn't comeback, many guys including me did some changes snd things got better for a while, the fix ee are looking for is permanent

@assombrosso yes the problem is definitely solved concerning me the game was not as good as on my old pc in 2017 with a Razer headset jack, the game is just perfect, I never had such a feeling with this pc!

I'm just coming out of an hour of dm on a server where the bots have cheater reflexes and are considered intermediate level with more than 550 kills for 210 deaths where as before with the problem it's barely if I had 100 kills difference between kills and deaths ... not counting my performance on Faceit. The number of difference in the sensations etc ... is incalculable

@Kriegsnake I'm sorry, I didn't see that you were talking about a usb jack, yes, don't worry, it's the same for me, I don't have any trace in the device manager of this driver installed.
After your headset is in jack and needs an adapter in USB I do not know if it is similar to the pure USB

This driver just may add upperfilter or lowerfilter registry values for USB devices.
