XL2546K vs XG2431 vs XV252QFB for Warzone

Hi, i want to buy one of two mentioned monitors, but im confused because of their controversial specs for my purposes.
I will use them with 9900k and 3080 to play Warzone. So for me their perfomance should be compared in Warzone in a first place and i want to hear your opinion about these monitors specially if you owned them and played WZ on it for a decent amount of time.

XL2546K: DYAC+, 300-350 nits with DYAC on. But It cannot run GSYNC while DYAC is working. Might it be a big problem since WZ is going to be running at 150-180 frames with constantly changing FPS and alot of screen tearing might appear because of it? How bad it will be? I rely heavy on aiming and if im going to be experiencing stutter/screen tearing it will affect my aim. Buying Zowie and playing without DYAC is pointless for me.

XG2431: PureXP, 200 nits is the highest playabe brightness with PureXP on. With these settings it matches XL2546K ufo test clarity opposed to its 300 nits. Is GSYNC compatible and from what i understand can run both PureXP and GSYNC at the same time. I took the data from this video, please correct me if im wrong about something: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdTwRDa9URo. But will it be better than Zowie in terms of motion clarity in Warzone? Specially with brightness this low?

XV252QFB: 390hz VRB, ~250 nits with VRB ON. I have an r6 pro friend who is currently playing on this monitor and he told me that if he was up to choose between Zowie and 390hz he would go for Zowie. He says that 390hz is pointless until you get a stable 360+ fps, which i wont be getting in warzone for sure.


Note:
It doesnt really matter if its IPS or TN panel for me, since im going to play competitive and i dont really care about media quality. Price difference also does not matter since in my country they are literally the same price.

What are you thougts and which one should i go for in your opinion?
