No, all other players have pc updates enabled in group policy. We experience delay a lot worse than them, potential cause, pc hardware incompatibility, dirty electricity/emi and perhaps driver issues.

what exactly spoils it?
half of everyone here is sitting on custom windows, it's all disabled by default. And by the way, some chipset drivers are needed
