I believe some do. I noticed mine does. After few minutes staring at the screen I can see flickering with eyes closed.

Does changing the refresh rate have any impact on the intensity of the pwm dimming on our eyes?

i have a x25 f and i read about the ulmb setting for 144hz, but in the monitor settings, on the gaming section i dont have the ulmb option, the first 2 i have are Adaptive-Sync and Response time. can anyone help with this?

x25f doesn't have strobing aka does not have ulmb settings
