Why is PC so smooth after a reformat but slowly starts lagging?

It's just you installing other programs and whatnot, each of them with some probability of disturbance (if they are running, that is).
If you stop them from starting (through a diagnostic boot in msconfig for instance) there's nothing that you cannot restore.

Not true I’m afraid to say, I disabled all services and updates and don’t download anything yet I get this lag after 30-40 minutes
You can just download sysinternals procmon and watch the whole time, whats going on

But log analysis maybe time consuming process (the program can be able to generate A TON of logs as well as gpuview with Windows performance toolkit https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers ... ng-gpuview )
