FPS drops when moving mouse or keyboard

When i move mouse or press keyboard the fps drops from 900 to 500 or even if i lock fps to 400 it drops to 330-350.

i5 12400f (hyper threading on/off)
gtx 1080ti (tried few drivers)
G403 Hero (125-1000hz doesnt matter)
Disable all power saving
No discord,no overlays
updated drivers



Its probably game fault ,but can someone check if you have same problem.

Only with reinstall windows i was able to fix this.

Can you share a screenshot of your RAM configuration in HWINFO?

are you trolling or ??? you look at a 2 different places obviously a place where is more to show has less fps and where is nothing behind has more fps go to kz server and you will have 1500 fps when you look up or down you have more fps obviously xD

From previous posts I know you r not very smart,but anyway I will explain to you.The place is the same and how I said when I move mouse fps drops so I moved mouse up/down to have time to take screenshot,go check on this map on the same spot If you watch wall or up/down fps will be the same.i can't believe I have to explain this to members on this forum.
