new monitor and confused about input lag at different refresh rates

I'm looking to buy a new monitor and considering
MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/ ... g274qrf-qd.

It got pretty good input lag at max refresh rate (165hz) and 120hz. However, it's significantly worse at 60hz.

Input lag.
Native Resolution @ Max Hz  3.8 ms.
Native Resolution @ 120Hz  4.9 ms.
Native Resolution @ 60Hz  9.0 ms.
Backlight Strobing (BFI)  7.7 ms.

I'm going to use it for street fighter 6 where low input lag is critical. Since Street Fighter is locked at 60fps, would it be the input lag listed under 60hz? Or can you still have the monitor at max or 120hz to get the better input lag even though the game is playing at 60fps?

60 FPS 165Hz G-SYNC or no sync will achieve the "Native Resolution @ Max Hz 3.8 ms."
