Ok I ordered Benq Xl2420z from the link provided here by the chief the amazon one. For the rev 2.0 and for the sake to help blur busters.
The reason I got the 2420z is because I am thinking the direct current low blue light and screen strobing will help me while I am gaming with eye fatigue , getting dizzy in 2-3 hours losing focus and severely hurting my performance.
So I a buying this for eye health and nothing else. Question is I am hoping there is no other gaming monitor out there that I possibly missed that have any eye friendly innovations.
I play Cs go dota d3 wow and some others.
I also hope I got best bang for buck.

Dunno, i would have taken one of the 8bit gsync monitors. Either the Acer27" or Asus27".

(you might have to wait a few weeks in the US, but its worth it imo)
Gsync might help out more than lightboost... and if it doesnt then they still come with ULMB (lightboost2), which is enabled in the monitor menu, without any 3rd party software or bullshit.
Also, look for a program called Flux if you want to reduce the blues of your monitor. Also should help eyes.
