I've tried every combination of bcdedit settings, unaffected I'm afraid.

useplatformclock yes on new gen windows and hardware cause big lag because it force to use HPET (24mhz) timer. Useclock yes good only if you hard hpet off in bios (ACPI-PMT 3.580mhz)
