VRR range on 24G4XE (24G4) ?

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

Whatever you want, as long as it's less than 180. On my 240Hz display,I cap to 90 because that's good enough for me.

Nvidia's Reflex cap for 180Hz is 170FPS. So according to Nvidia, anything up to 170 is "safe".

Btw,if i use GSYNC with vsync off can i just cap it at 180hz globally from NVCP(even i think i causes some little lag in windows and in general or am i crazy) ???

You can. But there's gonna be tearing. 170 should basically have no tearing even with vsync off, unless the game has frame time variance (which vsync will fix.)
