Appreciate the links!
These look to be only Adaptive Sync monitors meaning they won't have Low Frame Compensation, which could help with the 27" 1440p situation.
GIGABYTE M27Q3 any good?
Sorry for the delayed reply, I didn't see this post.
No problem! Yes, Gigabyte's monitors in general have great performance and value for the price. I personally would say go for it.
Monitor's unboxed has also given it a positive review:

For a great 1080p Steam Machine, a 24ā27 1080p IPS screen with 144Hz FreeSync and good overdrive (no strobe) is perfect. It's smooth, easy on the eyes, and will last without being too much for your system.

A 240Hz monitor with a VERY GOOD 60-120Hz capability is warranted, and that's the ViewSonic XG2431.

I helped ViewSonic make this 240Hz one of the best 60-120Hz blur-reducing monitor for gaming consoles.
Obviously, it's LCD and all that entails. If blacks and HDR colors are your priority, you may want a 4K OLED and just run it at 1080p. But you did mention a desire for motion blur reduction, and I wanted to highlight a good 60-120Hz monitor because sometimes a well-tuned 240Hz panel with low-latency 60-120Hz modes with unlocked strobe range.
