PG27AQDP - can it do 1440p/360hz/8-bit over HDMI 2.1 with DSC off?

High Hz on OLED produce excellent strobeless motion blur reduction with fast GtG pixel response. It is easier to tell apart 60Hz vs 120Hz vs 240Hz on OLED than LCD, and more visible to mainstream. Includes WOLED and QD-OLED displays.

I am on a 4070 FE. I am guessing it may be my card. I am considering upgrading, we'll see. Do you think it is worth it to run without DSC at 300hz or just keep DSC and 500hz and why? Appreciate your help - truly.
No worries at all!

Depends on the games you play if you're even hitting the 480hz/fps range as to whether it's worth it. I try to turn off DSC where I can but honestly I'm not sure I notice the difference between them in game.

And because I'm on a 50 series card I don't have any of the black screen issues that I know are a frustration on the 40 series cards. If it was me, I think I'd be happy with either option. 300hz no DSC or 500hz with DSC, two pretty nice options to have!
