Regedits and other changes that made a difference? I found a few

Everything about latency. This section is mainly user/consumer discussion. (Peer-reviewed scientific discussion should go in Laboratory section). Tips, mouse lag, display lag, game engine lag, network lag, whole input lag chain, VSYNC OFF vs VSYNC ON, and more! Input Lag Articles on Blur Busters.

Use 41 Decimal/29 hex for Win32PrioritySeperation.

Also the values in decimal only range from 20-42. Does not go beyond that. They are mask values for 3 separate settings. Short/Long Quantum, Fixed/Variable Quantum Intervals, And High/Medium/None Process Priority Boosting.

41 Decimal/29 hex is Short Quantum/Fixed Interval/Medium Boost

Keep the game task profile default with Priority: 6, Scheduling Category: Medium, SFIO Priority: Normal.

Trust. Insane input latency and frame times. The medium boost makes it so it doesn't cause issues with other processes or drivers where High would cause your game process to hog resources and actually cause latency and jitter.
I see. The win32priority values correspond to unique settings. I tried 41, and it seems to be better. Why not set game task priority to 8, scheduling category to High, or SFIO priority to High?

Because it will give too much priority to your game and in my testing it introduced a lot of network jitter. So it pretty much prioritized the game over the network driver for cpu time. But... it could have a different effect for you. So just try it out for yourself and see if works better or worst with it set to high.

Edit: I do watch online videos while I game, so that could be the reason for the jitter, as my network activity is higher. But if you don't multitask or stream videos while gaming, it's possible it won't have that negative impact for you as it does for me. I don't have this problem when i keep the game task profile at default settings.
