I completely understand Chris, this forum is the reason why I don't publish the fix.
You seem to have gained quite a bit of experience with this problem so why not write a guide if you've solved your EMI issue?
It's just childish behavior.

I know but with all the experience he has, he could tell us what to try etc

No one knows or has the power to fix this, the only "fix" is to move to the house / apartment that doesn't have those problems, there are a very few people on this forum which fixed the problem by rewiring the entire house, but don't just waste 10,000€ for that if you are not 100% sure that this would help, consult some specialised electricians about that first.

Get a multimeter for 15€ and at least check if you have voltage drops (in EU, anything above 200V is okay, don't know about the US), and then with it you can also measure neutral to ground, it should be below 2V.

I've already tested all that, it's basic stuff and everything is fine. I even bought a tellulometer to test the earth resistance. I should test the impedance loop and the harmonics, but the measuring devices are too expensive.

What I was hoping for was that, with all the people here, someone would have developed electrical skills and could tell us what is normal and abnormal in an electrical installation, what equipment to buy to check it, and what values such as voltage, resistance, etc. should be present in a healthy installation.

No, it's completely pointless. People just don't want to look for solutions to their problems; they want to live in their own hallucinations. Yeah, dude, do it, change the wiring.
I’m just asking. Of course I will invite electrician to let me know what’s going on. He will also look up for harmonics, I don’t want going blindfolded but in my case I am 100% it’s shit electricity and waiting for profesional to tell me what’s going on and what to do. I’m living with my parents in pretty old house builded by my grandad who is dead 💀 My parents probably never did periodic current testing, my house can even burn, what is not funny. My parents tought I’m joking about I’m not able to play and it’s caused by electricity XD. I made a research and everything looks fucking broken and my parents think it’s a joke. So I take over a baton and go on because my family is behaving very not responsible, fucking hell

If you want do harmonics better invite professional electrician who is doing it. He will tell you

I have no idea what's causing this problem, and I want to find out just as much as you do. But the solution to the problem has nothing to do with what's causing it, so I see no reason to publish it. One reason is that there are bad people who don't deserve to know.

Call me crazy guys but I’m going to become professional electrician to solve my house problems with electricity installation and change job- I started to like it and it’s becoming my hobby XD. I am sure it’s harmonics f uped but I don’t have device to check it yet. After 1.5 years of studying I will come back here. Starting in September in viessman. Now ordered books to study it before electrician course. Then I will buy profesional devices and I will solve a problem in my house. It’s not magic, it’s physics, it’s solvable. Harmonics and grounding are probably the key to the mystery. I saw video with one guy showing when his problems are starting with some device connected to socket called green something. It was measuring emi/rfi? Or something. And I am sure it’s bad harmonics because if harmonics are really bad they can create electromagnetic field if I’m not mistaken. Every problem with electricity can create it. Also some devices can make harmonics really really bad when they are working in your circuit- am I wrong?
Imo first step is to heave healthy electrical installation, checked every one year- best option.

If anyone of you that has these issues could actually prove that electricity is causing these problems and somehow record it on video then the topic would get mainstream and probably would get figured out by some electrical engineers, so far there is litteraly zero scientific proof that dirty electricity could cause such thing

Are you electrician? What do you know about harmonics and how to measure it? How harmonics works? Do you know everything about it? What really bad harmonics can cause? Burnt cables in wall what can cause? I’m just asking
I listened to guy from AGH university in Poland about harmonics and… yep it can cause devices to run improperly because current should be sinusoidal smooth but modern devices are not sinusoidal for example and higher harmonics are = more problems. Like paying more for bills, electrical devices using fast(light bulbs are good example) etc. It’s very complex thing and it’s called science btw.
