No FPS gaming possible

IMPORTANT:
This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

Re: No FPS gaming possible
What should I do with these (mostly) useless commands?
Re: No FPS gaming possible
Nothing, I just sent them to show that it's not a specific configuration that will bring about a desync fix. Because right now it's fine for me as well but our settings are very different.
Re: No FPS gaming possible
I have several computers (5800X, 8700K, 12900KF, 7800X3D, and 9800X3D).
I play 99% of the time on my 12900KF.

Re: No FPS gaming possible
I've played two rounds, and it feels even better now.
Current findings:
- I don't have an internet issue!
- I have a local issue!
- Everything feels bad (without tweaks) because I'm out of sync (in all games!)
When I install Windows 10 or 11, I'm out of sync again. It just doesn't work without the changes! It must be a platform bug?

stay disabledynamicktick no
if clock deletevalue be same feel like clock no, set both deletevalue.
next, change enchanced to tscsyncpolicy legacy.
waiting your responce.
Re: No FPS gaming possible
I forgot to mention that I also disabled HPET in Device Manager.
bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock + Enable HPET in Device Manager
It feels out of sync again. Everyone has a built-in Peekers advantage on me again. I have to react 10 times faster to even survive.
EDIT:
1.) All network card options (Device Manager) disabled
a) Interrupt Moderation = On
b) Interrupt Moderation Rate = Off
d) Network card Transmit Buffer (Device Manager) = 1024
e) Network card Receive Buffer (Device Manager) = 2048
2.) REG: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
a) NetworkThrottlingIndex = 70 (Decimal)
b) SystemResponsiveness = 0 (Decimal)
3.) CMD@Admin: netsh interface tcp set global rsc=disabled
4.) CMD@Admin: netsh interface udo set global uro=disabled
5.) CMD@Admin: netsh interface udo set global uso=disabled
6.) CMD@Admin: bcdedit /set tscsyncpolicy enhanced
7.) CMD@Admin: bcdedit /set useplatformclock no
8.) CMD@Admin: bcdedit /set disabledynamictick no
9.) Device-Manager: HPET = Disabled
