I think the same,but its hard to find,because i do not know good cs players ;\ anyways if something happen i will post here.

Yes, probably there is little improvement from tweaks ,but on already normal gameplay,if you have problem you can't tell the difference.

i'm on this stage where i need someone to discuss - just something that could cause this,not for entire solution,because the problem is weird and unsolvable for now.

Probably its not software - reinstalled win 7,8,10,11,linux many times, tweaks,everything
Probably its not hardware - changed 7pcs and played on 4-5 more ,mice,monitors,keyboards
Probably its not electricity - no problems offline, problem still here with generator
Probably its not internet - in the moment i have 3isp in my home ,total ISP tried - above 10 + starlink
Travel to 2 different locations both 200km+ from home

If i see someone else wrote all of this i would say the guy is crazy :lol:
Maybe something in the air. Try WiFi, 3g, 4g, 5g
GSM, CDMA jammer. No one tried this still as I can see atm

Obviously its not hardware/software problem.
Where are your from? Is there any internet censorship in your country?

triplese: Im from Bulgaria, i dont know about censorship i checked in google > Bulgaria scores as "partly free" in Freedom House's 2015 report, with a total score of 38.[6] In Reporters Without Borders' World Press Freedom Index, Bulgaria is ranked 106th, with a score of 32.91; in the region, Bulgaria comes after Greece (91st) and right before Montenegro (114th) and North Macedonia (117th). Its score is on a steady downward path since the early 2000s (it was 34th on 158 in 2003).

I dont know what jammers is ,but im talking about mobile internet 3g 4g 5g phone connected with cable to PC .

I saw many people in forums try this and for few of them it fixed their problem ,but it seems i dont have same problem like them.

these devices do not block the signal but create a large amount of noise through which no other signal can pass (imagine that someone starts screaming when you speak, no one will hear you after that)
