This is how csgo major champions setup their pc. And you understand that right, there are almost ZERO tweaking here, just nvidia and pointer precise setting.

I don't use usb hubs because they introduce input lag, I just check device manager if I replug anything. I check every peripheral, like keyboard, mouse, network, controller, audio devices

Yes, you'll need to check in there as well. I found a couple of devices with the power saving still turned on in here.

Updated again, found some more devices like CPU, security, and USB controllers.

also, install all the latest drivers for your PC via Snappy Driver. It helps reducing latency, DPC Latency etc. Windows is doing a poor job installing and managing drivers.

I would recommend against snappydriver. It often recommends unnecessary drivers and drivers that it believes are correct for your hardware but was made for slightly different devices.

Many of these drivers can cause certain issues/lag with your PC. I highly recommend manually updating your drivers: Chipset, GPU, Network, Audio + any other extra one's you might need for your particular setup.
