As i said, Im on my 2cnd house trying to solve this problem, different computer, different hardware (mouse, keyboard, Display...). I have my computer in one room with UPS (UPS is with Computer and Display). And in the other room 20 metters away, router connected by ethernet and fiber.
I have the problem with PS5 and Computer same way (It works better at nights, desync....), but by moving router like 2 metters or moving router cords (fiber or ethernet) mouse feeling and sensations changes (sometimes not instantly but changes, maybe you have to wait 3 hours or even 1 day to look results).

Try this someone and let us know if works for you or not. (have house with grounding btw).

The chance that in 2 different apartments something wrong with the line (electrical interference) is rly small and unbelieveable for me here still...

But i know about CRC and had some of these but even that not the problem cause the Provider fixed it and after it was 0 but in Online no Improvements...DSL synchronisation working for many Months very stable without any Disconnects or Problems here and Errors in Router...

The problem here is rly deep...cause even Mobile Internet don't helps or gives any Improvements (it not getting better or give bad changes) and everything is exact same from performance and patterns (and that the mind fuck i don't understand how). But i heard from many that it gives them some changes and they can atleast enjoy playing again for some time if use Mobile Internet and they can see immediately the differences in that when switching...I think those are very lucky People and there Online Issues are not that hard and are easy fixable. Or People where VPN gives Improvements or any Changes...these are very lucky too.

For me here nothing of this helps and i literally see no differences (patterns) and changes which would me help to figure out the Issue...That the real mind fuck where it starts and begins...and reason why it is so hard for me to figure out what the real problem is since the start of this suffering.

It would be rly easy for me and many others to find an Solution if only just any of this things and everything that already was tried would give some stable difference or change...and don't matter in which direction (better or worse) but it must be stable pattern (that the key). But that would rly help and make me a sane Person again and i would already figure out years ago and understand the cause quick...

interference can go 0.5m from monitor if no ground.
