try power regenerator or active harmonic filter, it should fix the desync
This problem has nothing to do with socet electricity.
Yes it absolutely has, unless you have different problems than 95% of people here. The problem is harmonic distortion, ask your power company to measure it and you will see.

Additionally, the power outlet has no relation to the issue. The problem is in the air and affects your well-being.
It's nothing originating in the air. And if you want to 100% confirm that I'm right, go and put aluminium foil all over your cables (PC power cable, monitor power cable, HDMI cable, mouse and keyboard cable, ethernet cable, modem power cable etc.), and not even 1 cm should be left without a foil. If you still have problems, you have your asnwer - electricity, because the magnetic interference in the air won't be strong enough to go over aluminum foil, UNLESS you live right next to a transformer station or under a high power cables or something, but then you have a much bigger problems than PC not working correctly.

also, my problem is 24/7, but the peak of the problem is in the evening (6 pm - 9 pm). I also tried using a battery-powered UPS, but it didn't solve the problem.
Those 3 hours are probably when your electrical grid is overused by consumers, and then in the evening it gets better. And batteries aren't doing anything, you would need a double conversion pure sine online UPS, preferably those over 700€ and not those cheap under 400€ versions, which are probably "fake" online UPSs.

The lower the system's consumption and the higher the power supply capacity, the better the problem is mitigated or resolved.
So buy a top-tier 1600W power supply then, and your problems would be solved if you still think this is a hardware problem.

liar and gaslighter, you should be permabanned.

You should be permabanned instead for bullshitting, I literally have a report from power company about harmonics at two locations, and guess what at the one location where there are no harmoncs it works perfectly fine, but at my home where the values are increased it works like shit during the day.

But from your other posts it is clear that you have internet issues since your problems are limited only to games, so don't bore us with your packet losses and shit ISP routing in "Niche Issues Affecting Latency — Electrical, Interference, EMI, Unexpected Causes, etc." forum, since if you don't have problems in BIOS, desktop etc., then it is not electricity / EMI related...go get a gaming VPN and stop blaming everything else for obvious network problems.

See this from other thread, how freaking more clear does it need to be that you have internet problems:

I noticed this with keyboard. When I train certain jumps to reach glitchy spots, which require perfect timing, offline, it is much more predictable. When doing the same on a server, even if empty, things become more laggy and randomized.
And by the way, "EMI" that you are reading and mentioning all over other threads are basically harmonics, so no its not some black magic causing this, but the crap current coming from the grid, nothing inside your house...but feel free to move more cables, moving phones away from PCs etc., like this would TOTALLY cause PC problems like that, it can be only electricity.

Do you even know how error-correcting procedure works in modern PCs, and why does it cause input lag when exposed to harmonics a.k.a "dirty electricity"? In fact, we have been calling it wrong the entire time - we have OUTPUT lag, not input.

So is the power company fixing the harmonics issue? Then you can be sure it is harmonics if they fix it and the problem goes away. Or need more testing with other locations with harmonics and locations without harmonics where the issue gets fixed. Then can be forsure. And how can I get my power company to test harmonics? What exactly do I tell them to test? Idk if just telling them to test harmonics they will understand without the specifics and telling them waht problems they are causing.

I paid them to do the test, it is not expensive. And they won't do anything about it sadly, since they would have to pretty much re-construct the entire substation to fix this.

The testing is called "EN 50160" in EU, it would find all anomalies with the power that is coming to your home, from interharmonics, EM interference to voltage deviation and fluctuation.
