You need to exclude the HD audio driver from the Nvidia driver installation.

Realtek drivers usually have higher latency for ethernet and audio.
I tested the ethernet Microsoft default Windows driver vs Realtek with Xperf and Microsoft driver has alot less latency.
Hey, I also have a Realtek GBE NIC and I'd like to try this.

Could you tell me the name of the Windows legacy driver that you're using?

There are a lot of options to choose from the device manager list, but I'm not sure which one should I use.

At the moment, with the Realtek driver, my NIC's device service is RTL8167.

Just uninstall the nic device with package removal from device manager and reboot. After, Windows will install correct drivers.

I' don't keep old drivers, I use what Windows installs with a clean installation.
I have W10 22H2 and the ethernet driver version is 9.1.410.2015 and the date 10/04/2015.

Actually you don't need NVCleanstall, you can just select the graphics driver with Nvidia package and exclude the HD audio and also what InputLagger said but to be fair I never tried Nvidia HD audio driver so it can be fine. If you want to be sure use Xperf from Microsoft and test it.
And yes, ethernet I use Windows default driver.
