I don't know what to use to play (fortnite).
w10 i have more fps than w7. Should I look more at the graph or at the fps?
W10 21h1: driver 471.96
- Max 719 fps
- 1% 91 fps
- 0.1% 39 fps
W7 sp1: driver 471.96
- Max 625 fps
- 1% 89 fps
- 0.1% 37.5 fps

it is like factory reset bios with memory cache, but it not work in my case. same problem..
2 variants:
1) motherboard
2) emi, ha-ha

Well, is there any news?
I also encountered this problem!
I noticed when music is playing (via an external DAC) this problem occurs more often!
I blame not only the OS but also the chipset!
(I've been suffering for 3 days already, looking for the root of the problem.
and in general I've been suffering for more than 5 years, I'm extremely sensitive to frame drops and sound quality... and where people will say it plays normally, the picture is normal, the song sounds good, I'll say... something's not right here!))

i think it dwm.
anyway, im not fix that.
move gpu and usb controller to different cores may little bit fix it.
also try play with interrupt steering.
