It looks like DLSS framegen works a lot better with pulsar now too.

My acer monitor can't update. The web browser simply refuses to recognize the monitor no matter what cable I use. Anyone else having this issue?

Added 60 FPS ULMB mode with adjustable duty cycle

Long shot but does this work through HDMI for consoles?
Yes it does! Switch 2 looks fantastic with 60fps games. You just need an hdmi audio extractor or compatible dac.
Oh that is big news... Ok Switch is Nvidia as well but as far as I understood this was not working with nvidia hardware outside of Windows. I dont think the Switch is recognizing this as a pulsar display so it seems like the display itself deals with the 60hz signal and strobes it as it should be. That is amazing!
So 3.5mm audio output throuth display is not working?

OMG it is like Christmas, I cant wait to try it on my PS5 Pro and Switch 2.

What about 120hz mode on PS5?

Has anyone managed to update their Acer model? I've tried 2 different PCs, several cables, different browsers, etc. yet no matter what I do, the website keeps saying no compatible devices found. Followed all the instructions perfectly yet nothing is working.

My PS5 isn’t hooked up to the monitor now, but I tested Metroid prime 4’s 120 fps mode. It’s good but motion isn’t as clear as 60fps for whatever reason. I noticed the same on PC. ULMB works best at 60fps. You should just use pulsar for higher frame rates. Though you don’t have that option on consoles.

If perfect motion clarity is what you want it seems like ULMB 60hz mode is get best option, even on PC. Around pulse width 25 seems perfect to me.

Could you take a smartphone video of the setup? I'm curious.

That would be such a detriment, if they've only allowed a good duty cycle range for the 60Hz refresh rate setting....

To everyone who reads this, could you do a pursuit photograph of the ULMB2 setting on various refresh refresh rates (60, 120, 144, 240, 360) in Windows? Set the UFO speed to 1920px/s
Do a video 30-60FPS video, its' easier this way.
Follow the guidelines for the appropriate shutter speeds.

Looking forward to testing it, I was disappointed about the Sony rumour of exclusives staying on PlayStation with no more PC ports planned. This is great news, an extra use case for the monitor, I would use 120hz for the better clarity on my OLED so a nice Pulsar strobed 60 will be good enough for me.

I will test the brightness at different pulse widths when I get home, i'm hoping its alteast 200nits.

You did plug in the monitor to the PC through the micro usb port on it and put it into firmware update mode through the monitor OSD right? it's not the default usb connection for the usb hub on the monitor, you have to use the micro usb port on the monitor.
