The author has absolutely no idea what the actual problem is. All he knows is how to run AI tools, basic Reflex settings, resolution scaling, and BIOS settings. Who in their right mind would play with 130 ms ping and brag about reaching 4k Elo? The author looks like he's about 14 years old at most. It also feels like there's way too much of his content on Blur lately. I haven't seen a single person who was actually helped by his advice. Are there any? If so, write in the comments. Guys, the issue isn't Windows or your settings. Think about it logically—if there were even one setting that could magically fix everything, everyone would already be happy. But unfortunately, that's not how it works. I'd like to hear the opinions of players in the 2000–3500 Elo range; 4k players are pretty rare here, xd.

Even if that's the case, honestly it's hard not to laugh at what you're saying, bro. At least get the basics straight. One minute it's "enable it," the next it's "disable it" — pure reflex, lol.

"Don't change the stock BIOS settings, okay? Your BIOS froze? Whatever you do, don't flash it!" Yeah, sure. 😂

Everyone already knows about scaling. A lot of experienced users only make the minimum BIOS tweaks: enable XMP I, remove the CPU power limits, and set the memory to Gear 1.

So why exactly should everyone rush to update to the latest BIOS version? Plenty of people are still on Windows 10, others are on Windows 11.

Long story short, everything you wrote is nonsense, and it seriously calls all of your other posts into question.

Also, I have the following connected to the motherboard: power supply, GPU, RAM, CPU air cooler, M2 SSD, headphones via mini jack, RJ45 internet, keyboard, mouse.
No more unnecessary RGB controller devices, etc.
A computer without a case is lying on a motherboard box
I start the computer with a screwdriver by closing the power_sw jumper

I think everyone has already tried these they're the very first things anyone would try.

Chief, can you add a system health check?
What's the point? In this thread, I showed that Dino Chrome accelerates abnormally if the system is faulty, but this can be fixed by the developer implementing a forced speed limit. I want you to make a flying alien that runs on Dino Chrome's code. I'm not asking for a minigame, but simply a horizontally flying alien based on Dino Chrome's code.
Why is this necessary? So that everyone can check whether their system is relatively functional.
Please.

I noticed a long time ago that installing clean Windows fixes the desync, floating mouse, etc., and I managed to find out what actions cause a fierce desync.

The reason:
After installing the drivers on the motherboard and gpu, the system breaks down for some reason, and it is impossible to play games, it's just unpleasant, disgusting.

Possible fix (since all systems and builds are different):
Before installing Windows, you need to perform a full CMOS reset and then reset the BIOS settings to default.
Install clean Windows.
And you just need to update Windows through the Windows settings itself, as well as install all the "optional updates".
You do not need to install motherboard drivers from the manufacturer's official website or from the websites of hardware manufacturers like AMD, Intel, etc (the point is that the drivers should be installed from the microsoft server database and I know that there are outdated hardware that have not been supported for a very long time, in which case, unfortunately, you need to upgrade your hardware to a fresh one).
Do not use any tweaks on super mega low latency, do not touch anything in Nvidia Profile Inspector, etc.
Do not change the Windows power plan and disable mouse acceleration.
Nvidia's 3D settings are default; don't change anything there, I do not know the scaling, but I put a full-screen display without a check mark.
Some information about scaling - viewtopic.php?t=15406
Update all apps via the Microsoft Store, as it contains important system components.

BIOS:
In the BIOS, I only enabled Secure Boot on Standard before installing Windows.

System health test (theoretical):
Go to dino chrome com, set the difficulty to expert, and watch the dino. If it accelerates incredibly quickly, then there's something wrong with your PC. Perhaps the motherboard has crappy firmware, BIOS, crappy default BIOS settings, crappy drivers in the Microsoft server database, etc.
My score on expert difficulty: 5554
I could get even higher, but I'm really lazy. The point is, the dino's speed is static, and you can easily increase the score.

My recommendations:
Never change the firmware of the motherboard, GPU, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. After updating the firmware, the driver database on Microsoft servers is not updated, except in very rare cases, which is equivalent to a miracle.
Connect the mouse to the CPU port and the keyboard to the chipset port, and do not use USB headphones.
*https://youtu.be/IJYe98hq6rg?is=cVOZvuuG34eGGA9i Do this before installing a new system, as HWiNFO forces the HPET timer using the API, which can theoretically damage the system.

I was mistaken about Nvidia Reflex; this technology should be enabled wherever available, as it doesn't just reduce game latency but also synchronizes CPU and GPU operations.
There are games that don't support NVIDIA reflex, and in that case, you need to enable low latency mode on Ultra for a specific game in NVIDIA, but you don't need to enable this feature globally!
viewtopic.php?t=15646
*On a functioning system, NVIDIA Reflex technology works as intended by engineers.
*You also need to limit the frame rate through the game menu, you do not need to limit the frame rate through the NVIDIA panel, etc.
For example, for my 600 Hz monitor, I set the fps lock in CS 2 to 600
*For CS2, be sure to add the -allow_third_party_software parameter to the launch options.

My setup:
Asrock B650 PG Lightning
R7 7800X3D
*MSI RTX 3090 Suprim X 24GB
*For this GPU, you need to update the firmware for the resize bar to work and switch the toggle switch to gaming mode.
Windows 11 Home 25H2

The story of my gaming laptop:
Installing drivers on a laptop is very important. The laptop is based on an Intel Core i9 12900 processor, and everything works perfectly on it. The most interesting thing is that the Secure Boot setting is hidden in the BIOS.
The bottom line is that nothing breaks when installing drivers on this laptop, and it's nice to play games.

I use a translator and you can't help but understand what I wrote, and I apologize for that. If you don't understand something, then ask questions.

Samsung s25 fe
The dinosaur does not accelerate abnormally and it is possible to set records since the dinosaur's speed is static.

I chatted a bit with this guy (the AUTHOR)—he’s like 15 years old. I don’t know where he gets all this from or who it helps, I’d call him out and debunk everything he says—the guy’s surrounded by lunatics and idiots, and he’s the only smart one. I’d also clean up all his threads with those “fixes” that don’t work for anyone. Let’s call him Tanila—you’re out of this world. Me and the guys had a good laugh at your nonsense, A Level 4 noob is giving advice on how to fix a problem that’s been around for 17 years—players rated 2100 and 2500 couldn’t fix it, but you, sweet little cutie, did. I’m waiting for you to get kicked off this forum.
Also, please take note! On Faceit, they normally give everyone Level 6 Faceit without exception, but Tanila somehow managed to drop down to Level 4 and is giving all of you advice on how to fix it! I’ve never seen such madness in my life xd xd xd—and on top of that, playing with 130 ping and bragging about beating some “4k allo.” 4k allo is a rarity, and no one would believe it, but the world isn’t without smart people—there are boosters!

Now let’s get down to business: reflexes won’t help you,
BIOS settings won’t help you,
updating Windows to the full version will only make it worse,
updating your chipset drivers will make it even worse.
Display scaling—stretched display gives you a 1–2 ms advantage; the rest is up to you.
You can flash the BIOS—sometimes you need to do this if you’ve got a brick instead of a motherboard!

Also, Tanila can’t explain why he plays poorly during the day but well at night. Dude, sitting there with top-tier hardware on a Level 4 Faisik, giving advice and calling everyone crazy—that’s way too much! But that won’t help you—many people I know on a low-end PC have made it to Level 8 and Level 10, but you, Tanila, aren’t the be-all and end-all.
Everything Tanila described is just a temporary improvement—after two days, you’ll be stuck in a rut and won’t have a clue why or how it happened!
