No. Completely new config. I do not want to mess with my old one nowInputLagger wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 18:17Did you exec main (old) config afterwards?dermodemon wrote: ↑30 Aug 2023, 07:51Well i finally found a real fix for it.
It helps me a lot. Now it's consistent without any stupid comebacks.
Basically what i did:
1) Deleted 730 folder in steam userdata/steamid/completely
2) Deleted cfg folder in csgo folder
3) Made a cfg csgo registry tweak to move cfg folder from 730 to csgo/cfg folder
4) You can change it to your specific folder^^^^^Code: Select all
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment] "USRLOCALCSGO"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\\csgo"
5) Rebooted pc
6) Verified local files for csgo in steam
7) Start csgo with launch parametr: +r_dynamic 0 +cl_interp_ratio 1.25
8) Change bandwith in game settings, not "rate" in console to UNRESTRICTED
That's all. Now i can finally play almost with 0 desync. Finally rank up to lem from dmg with ez kills without getting prefired.
I think the problem was exactly in the cfg folders. Something went wrong after steam updated cfg folder location so regedit tweak fixed it.
Please somebody test it out for me. I hope it will fix all of your desync problems!
Believe me i tried almost everything from changing isp and lan adapter to msi util and other "timer" and interrupt managment tweaks

I’ve tried to uncheck the box next to my intel ethernet adapter, restarted and pc crashes every time, when I disconnect the lan pc turns on again. Do u have any way around how can I avoid this behavior and test it on my pc?

seems like your network card or drivers dont support linebased, you can try uninstall your network drivers and wait for windows to install default driver for network and try again. for me when i tried to move intel network to linebased my pc didnt crash but internet wasnt working.kriegsnake wrote: ↑31 Aug 2023, 02:49I’ve tried to uncheck the box next to my intel ethernet adapter, restarted and pc crashes every time, when I disconnect the lan pc turns on again. I've tried as you suggested, but it hasn't worked. Completely uninstalled the drivers(Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V) , still the same, pc crashes when I uncheck the boxeropsy wrote: ↑31 Aug 2023, 04:54

Yea kinda what I had for 2 days before it went ape-shit on me. to state it simply in a timeline it would be "with desync": Enemy peeking extremely fast as if they know where I am every time , animations go for the 1st bullet, by the time I hear the first bullet I'm already dead even though it took them 3-4 bullets to kill. Everything is kinda compounded into a couple of packets which makes it incredibly hard to react to. Yet while not having desync the situation just runs its natural course, I don't take the 4 bullet damage in 1 frame, I don't start taking damage before the enemy stops running and I have an insane amount of reaction time each time i'm holding a corner unless ofc the enemy knows where I am.

Exactly my experience. I would like to add aswell that in normal situation you are the one controlling spray but in this case spray controls you. It's pure luck if you kill somebody with full auto on mid-range. The feeling is like you play on some kind of overlay.Thatweirdinputlag wrote: ↑31 Aug 2023, 23:59Yea kinda what I had for 2 days before it went ape-shit on me. to state it simply in a timeline it would be "with desync": Enemy peeking extremely fast as if they know where I am every time , animations go for the 1st bullet, by the time I hear the first bullet I'm already dead even though it took them 3-4 bullets to kill. It's been working great for me, but I'm sure this NIC was made 3-5 years before this motherboard came out and it's only a v1 pci-e device. For you, I think this means trying a new network card since you've found that device to be causing this desync.Thatweirdinputlag wrote: ↑31 Aug 2023, 23:59Yea kinda what I had for 2 days before it went ape-shit on me. to state it simply in a timeline it would be "with desync": Enemy peeking extremely fast as if they know where I am every time , animations go for the 1st bullet, by the time I hear the first bullet I'm already dead even though it took them 3-4 bullets to kill. Sadly, no can do. My board is an Z790i = itx. only uno pci-e and its for the GPU.imprecise wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 13:05

Asus, right? I just looked it up and saw it has a 2.5G port. I've read there was so many bad 2.5G ports produced that I wouldn't trust any of them. You could try setting it to 1gig or 100/100 and see if that helps, or try using the generic Windows driver. It also has Thunderbolt 4 support so you could go that route for an external NIC.Thatweirdinputlag wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 14:45Sadly, no can do.
