 If they are screenshots. A new monitor won't fix it.
I often do not clearly state my thoughts. google translate is far from perfect. And in addition to the translator, I myself am mistaken. Do not take me seriously.

You want take a picture of actual screen in action if u think something is wrong with it. This is just a digital screenshot which does not capture monitor specific artifacts.

Try taking a picture with different camera exposures. Use ms paint with 2560x1440 white image in fullscreen (F11).

As u can see provided screenshot does not show the issue you're describing.

Forum rules and etiquette for troubleshooting for monitor-specific artifacts.
It is mandatory to take a photograph instead of a screenshot, for display-specific artifacts.
Screenshots do not capture any monitor-specific artifacts.

Also, a full-screen test pattern is better, such as one of those "Lagom" test patterns.

Also, don't forget TN and VA have viewing angle behaviours -- if you sit too close to your screen, the top edge can look different from center and bottom edge. Sit further back and adjust monitor height until the top and bottom looks the same.

Try not to sit closer than a monitor's screen width away.

If you're using a curved VA monitor, try to sit in its centre of its curve radius. If you're using 1500R curve, try to sit 1.5 meters away and see how it looks. Curve monitors sometimes have bigger problems with gamma shift if you're sitting in a sub-optimal location far away from its sweet spot.

If you have vision issues that force you to sit closer than that, choose a more viewing-angle-insensitive technology such as IPS or OLED, instead of VA or TN.

Thx for the reply . what happens isn't cuz of the viewing angles I think . I set 1 meter from the screen cuz I am using kb and mouse and my monitor is 27 inch . just wanted some one who can tell me what is this a backlight bleeding or a monitor problem . it happens in some cases more than other . it don't happen in movies but in some games specially like apex legends and the desktop with wight background it is more obvious .it looks like dynamic contract or local dimming with half of the screen but ofc I turned both off .ill upload a video for it may be it can help .

if u think the apex legends happens cuz of the sun light shadow so no it isn't . even inside areas with no sun light it happens too

If you fire a shotgun at your monitor and you will take a screenshot or record (obs \shadow play). We won't see any damage.
