What timings (CRU) for the monitor is better to use?

What timings (CRU) for the monitor is better to use?

Good day. I have been using a dell aw2518hf monitor for a long time. Its native resolution is 1920x1080. In various games I use 1440x1080 (stretched, no black bars).
So what timings should I choose for the best image smoothness? I need good image clarity in dynamic scenes.
Does the monitor response time depend on the timings? (Let's say the higher the pixel clock, the longer the response time).
Here is the first option (usually I use it for 1920x1080):

Here is the fourth option (I use this), I think that with it the images are clearer, less ghosting (I don’t know if this is true):

It varies hugely from monitor to monitor.

Sometimes you get best with one timings than the other.

Try viewing www.testufo.com/ghosting and see how things look at all Overdrive settings with all these timings.

Also, sometimes there's a latency-vs-quality tradeoff. The other thing is that larger Vertical Totals reduce input lag (since it produces a Quick Frame Transport effect). The Quick Frame Transport effect is more noticeable at lower refresh rates (e.g. 60Hz mode with a 1/144sec refresh cycle delivery speed), for most panels.
