GSync - Downsampling - Shader injectors (Sweetfx eFX etc)

Guys/ Gals.

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on the AOC monitor available later this month.
I have a few little queries that i'm trying to find out first though, and this forum seems the most knowledgeable on GSync so far.

1) Is it possible to Downsample AND GSync at the same time ?

2) Can the common shader injectors, like SweetFX, eFX, SMAA injectors be used at the same time as gsync?

The reason I ask is that in many of my games I rely on downsampling and use of these injectors for IQ reasons.
My current monitor is a 22" BenQ @1920x1080p 60hz, but
I use gpu downsampling (Gtx 780) upto 3168 x 1782 60hz in quite a few games and I really dont want to lose this ability.

I just dont know how it would work to downsample and use gsync at the same time?
As gsync alters the refresh rate, if you have a downsample resolution that works at 60hz, it may not work at 144hz ???
Or am I missing the point here ;)

Hope somebody can help !!

The downsampling on the modified asus gsync monitor is a little rough at the moment, but you can get it to work. We've been wrestling around with it a little in this thread:

I don't think sweetfx will effect gsync. Because sweetfx works as a fullscreen injector. It should be identical to a normal monitor with sweetfx, so long as you run in fullscreen

Just thought id update this thread as ive got the AOC Gsync monitor.

Downsampling works exactly as it should, just set up the custom resolutions at whatever refresh rates you want eg 2560 x 1440 p at 60hz, 85hz, 100hz, 120hz, 144hz.
These then all appear ingame and you can choose to your liking.
If you are in GSync mode you will obviously then be capped at whatever refresh rate you chose.

Also no problems with any injectors, RadeonPro etc etc for using SMAA, FXAA etc etc.

All in all very easy to set up and use :)
