Hello & Sorry

i have some question for the benq xl2411z and i searched the whole forum... ( i hope im not blind )
i only find http://info.benq.us/blog/benq-america-c ... -utilities
but there is nothing for the benq xl2411z...how can i see its the benq xl2411z on firmware 2? how can i see it ..and dont open the case from the monitor.

i only see some serials for 2420z and 2720z but i need to know how can i see on the box or in the description from my shop is it the firmware 2? Im from switzerland and i dont have a way to get one from amazon... i hope u can help me..and sorry for my bad english.
