What does this break? When is container needed? Do you run this disable every time you start the computer, or is it disabled most of the time and you enable to use Nvidia control panel then disable again or what?

if you disable that after restart it not work and not work in currently run, but you can enable it and it run right now without problem and after restart it work.
only for nvidia control panel, all driver func is work.
