Looking for a new monitor and some advice

Hey there!
I'd like to buy a new monitor (mostly for gaming and browsing). Which one of these four monitors would you recommend, and why?
AOC 24" VA panel, 1920x1080 @ 165Hz (Freesync Premium)
https://aoc.com/us/gaming/products/monitors/24g2sae-bk
AOC 24" IPS panel, 1920x1080 @ 165Hz (Freesync Premium)

BENQ 24" VA panel, 1920x1080 @ 165Hz (Freesync Premium)

BENQ 24" IPS panel, 1920x1080 @ 165Hz (Freesync Premium)
https://www.benq.com/en-us/monitor/gaming/ex240.html
The only absolute requirement that I have is that the monitor should be able to handle a static refresh rate of 125Hz through CRU or the NVIDIA control panel (looking for advice on reliable timings from experienced people, preferably from those who have used these monitors). Also, it would be cool if it supports 1:1 pixel non-native aspect ratios without scaling/stretching (most monitors do, but not all of them, and the NVIDIA control panel sometimes can't help out either).
Thanks in advance!
