Easy method to restart mouse port

this is like unplug - plug mouse
1) Download this software (RestartUsbPort) and put it on the desktop (https://www.uwe-sieber.de/misc_tools_e.html)
2) Download usbtreeviewer and copy path of your mouse (https://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html)
3) make a .bat file on desktop (see pics)

Why not just use usbtreeviewer to restart port ?

Why not just use usbtreeviewer to restart port ?
u can, but maybe you want use it on startup or like that
