configure g sync for my pc

hi delighted to be here this is my first post first sorry my english because I'm spanish need help for set up gsync so I show you my pc intel i7 8700 ram 16g ddr4 dual channel asus prime h310m-d r2 zotac nvidia gtx 1660 super 6g gddr6 monitor keep-out fullhd 165hz with freesync(and gsync compatible but not verifiqued with nvidia) connected with dp my question is how configure correctly gsync and more in nvidia panel because read in many webs and forums what if gsync with vsync what if latency mode ultra what if use vrr opcion in windows please help me for best genral settings from my pc thanks a lot
