Floaty mouse why

Hello, i have floaty mouse, why?

My aim is very bad now.

Easy target but i cant kill.

im playing cs2, 300avg fps

update to 0x129 bios microcode.
disable e-cores in bios.
disable cpu idle in powercfg.

Nothing changed, still floaty. i disabled all ecores in bios..

my mobo is z790 aorus elite ax

Ihave this issue since 2021 or IDK... please help..

probably bad mouse or mousepad, try another one?
