edit: it was a psu problem. underload load voltage is dropping below recommeneded.u can check it using hwinfo.
everything else default execpt the ones listed below
bios: (through scewin )
PECI Access Method : acpi --- default was input i/o.chatgpt says default is better option but was not for me.
Enable ACPI Auto Configuration : enabled ---- default was disable
turbo power limit:enable (can be directly accessed for me)
now manually set all package power limit1&2 , platform power limit1&2 . i have set everthing very conservatively . ask chatgpt for the formulae with your system specifications. always be on safe side.
xmp :enabled
c states: disabled ----acpi(windows) will control the power saving instead of bios firmwire. general temp is 2-3 degree higher
windows 10 :
device manager-> system devices->uninstall microsoft acpi compliant system -> restart
system will resinstall it . when you uninstall , mouse and keyboard will stop working so you have to force restart.all irqpolicy settings will change to default system . i have to do it every days, otherwise lag will slowly creep up.
cmd bcdedit :
bcdedit /set tscsyncpolicy Enhanced
bcdedit /set useplatformclock No
bcdedit /set useplatformtick Yes
bcdedit /set disabledynamictick Yes
i have made a bat file and created a task to always run at start. did it so that programs may not accidently change the settings.
external pcie usb card (asmedia driver):
i use external pcie usb card (asmedia driver) to connect my headphone . mouse and keyboard is connected directly to motherboard.
if i connect headphone directly ,after a days audio will start to lag and general lag will return .
NB: not recomended for laptop users. change at your own discretion. warning -under my previous post someone commented they got bsod and had to reinstall windows.
