Hello everyone, I want to start by apologizing because I don't know if I'm in the right forum topic.
Today I have a question. I have an Asus TUF VG279QM monitor and I was using 240Hz while playing CS2. I did a test on the frame skipping checker and it only showed me 3 or 4 frames, without any jumps. So I did the test on my brother's monitor, also an Asus TUF, but the VG259QM model also has 240Hz. I did the test on the frame skipping checker and it showed me twice as many frames, 6 or 7 frames without any jumps. My question is: why does one monitor show 3~4 frames using the same 240Hz and the other monitor shows 6~7 frames? Is there an error? Is it possible for me to do something on my monitor to show more frames? (I would like to know this because when I play on my brother's monitor, I feel the game is more fluid than mine.)
Below are some screenshots that I took as an example:

Different lighting conditions cause the camera to use different exposure times. Lower exposure means less squares. If the camera app doesn't allow you to manually adjust exposure time, you can try taking photos with the lights off vs on in a dark room.
You can also try recording a video instead of photos.
