How to change wininit priority?

Is there a way to change the priority for this? it seems to be system protected.

Download Wind64 from GitHub, install it (uninstall afterwards because it causes a lot of mouse lag), search for wininit's Process ID in Task Manager or in another program, open CMD and type in:
wind64 /d "PID"
